Midnight Mile and First Week Schedule
Please join us on August 25, 2014 @ 12:00 am for our first ever midnight mile. The festivities will start at exactly 12:00 midnight, parents please feel free to join us it should not take longer than 10 minutes. Athletes will need to cleared before Aug. 25 to participate. The athletic office is open from 8:00-2:00 on Aug. 18, Aug. 22 and Aug. 25 to clear athletes. Don't wait get cleared early. For those struggling with time we will meet in the Senior parking lot @ 11:55 on Aug. 24. Where something bright and be ready to start the season off with some fun.

SUMMER XC @ ROGERS
Track and Field is officially over. Congratulations to those Roger's athletes that contributed to a very successful season.
Cross Country Interest Meeting will be taking place Tuesday June 3rd @ 2:30 in C243. If you can not make the meeting please just refer to the Rogers High School website for all information.
This year we want to send out a special welcome to all incoming 9th grade boys and girls. If you are interested in running cross country in the fall please join us this summer. We encourage all athletes and parents to attend our second annual shoe fitting bbq @ Fleet Feet in Bonney Lake on June 13, 2014 @ 5:30 pm.
Cross Country summer workouts will begin on June 9th @ 2:30. We will be working out three days a week in a variety of locations. Please pencil in Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays @ 2:30 during school and 8:00 am when school is out. ALL ATHLETES MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH MR. COLLINS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN SUMMER PRACTICES.
